Ask us the hard ones.
The questions operators actually ask before a demo, answered plainly. Nothing on this page goes past what the product can back up today.
Who is Permian Forge for?
Oilfield service companies in the Permian Basin. Haulers first. IronHaul is built around trucking work: fuel, crude, water, frac sand, heavy equipment, and oversize loads. If you dispatch trucks, track driver certs and inspections, and invoice for hauls, the Iron Suite was built for your day.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your data is yours: export your records at any time, and if you ever leave, it goes with you. Every company's data is isolated at the database layer, not just filtered by the app; the database itself refuses to hand your records to anyone else.
The full model is on Security & Trust: isolation, access rules, encryption, and what we don't claim.
What happens when my drivers have no signal?
Field capture is built to work offline. Entries save on the device and sync when signal returns, with the original field-capture time preserved. West Texas dead zones are a design constraint we build for, not an afterthought.
And we're proving that capture in real dead-zone field testing before we claim more than that.
How does onboarding work?
You don't retype your business into it. Bulk import brings in drivers, trucks, customers, locations, and certifications straight from the spreadsheets you already run, with flexible header matching that meets your columns where they are, a validation preview before anything is written, and inline fixes for the rows that need attention.
Access is invite-only: we provision your accounts and walk setup with you directly. Founder-led, not a ticket queue.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Not as a native integration today. We won't claim a connector we haven't built. IronLedger keeps the accounts-payable side of your operation in order (received invoices, purchase orders, three-way matching against delivery tickets), and your records are exportable, so your books stay reconcilable.
A QuickBooks connection is on our roadmap. If it matters to your operation, tell us on the demo call. That's exactly the kind of signal that moves it up.
What does it cost?
Pricing is discussed on the demo call, sized to your operation: trucks, products, and seats. No surprises: you'll know the number before you commit to anything.
How do the three products work together?
They share one foundation. IronHaul runs order-to-cash, IronGuard holds the compliance record, IronLedger watches the spend. And they enforce each other. An expired cert or a failed inspection in IronGuard doesn't just raise a flag; it blocks the assignment in IronHaul before the truck rolls.
The step-by-step walkthrough, from order to dispatch to delivery to paid, is on How It Works.
Is my data safe?
Isolation enforced at the database layer, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, org-scoped file storage, invite-only access, and a documented incident-response plan, plus a plain statement of what we don't claim. No SOC 2 badge we haven't earned, no "bank-grade" marketing.
It's all laid out on Security & Trust.
Got a question we didn't answer?
Ask it on the demo call. If we don't know, we'll say so. If the product doesn't do it, we'll tell you that too.
