Connected where it counts.
We list what's live, not what's on a slide. Every connection on this page is shipped product behavior you can watch work on the demo call.
Your books, connected in one sign-in.
Connect your QuickBooks Online company from IronHaul's settings through Intuit's standard sign-in. One connection per company, tokens stored encrypted, and you can disconnect any time, from our side or from Intuit's.
Invoices push the moment they're created.
Create an invoice in IronHaul and it lands in QuickBooks automatically: line items, amounts, and the order reference carried into the memo. No re-keying. An hourly sweep retries anything that didn't go through, a Sync now button pushes on demand, and every invoice shows its sync status where you work.
Duplicates are impossible by design.
Customer records are matched to your existing QuickBooks customers by name, or created for you when they're new. A synced invoice updates in place; it never re-creates, even if it's pushed twice. And if you delete an invoice in QuickBooks, we respect that: your books, your call.
Every sync is logged. Failures have receipts.
Each push is recorded: what matched, what was created, what was updated. If QuickBooks rejects something, the failure surfaces on the invoice and on the settings page with the reason, logged alongside Intuit's own trace ID. When something needs a second look, the record is already there.
Road-real miles, not crow-flies guesses.
Dispatch boards, route maps, and customer tracking pages render on Google Maps. Route distances, durations, and customer-facing ETAs come from Google's Routes API: actual driving data across basin roads, not straight-line estimates.
Billing built on Stripe rails.
The Iron Suite's subscription billing is built on Stripe's payment infrastructure. Card details never touch our servers.
What we don't claim.
The QuickBooks sync is one direction today: IronHaul invoices out, proven end to end on live books. We won't call it a "seamless two-way sync" until the payments side ships; payment sync is next on the roadmap. And we're an approved production integration on Intuit's platform, not an Intuit-endorsed partner; we don't wear badges we haven't earned. Everything on this page is live product behavior.
